Ready, Set, GO!
Run, jump, sprint, hurdle, ladder and train with a few pro athletes who know a little something about speed. Expect to participate in drills to improve footwork, speed, and running mechanics. Spend 1:1 time with the pros and get individualized feedback and advice for how to improve your speed this summer. Each participant will have a detailed video analysis broken down at camp to show areas of strength and areas that can be improved. After a lunch provided by Newks, participants will work on making corrections based on their video feedback. Then, camp competitions begin! Participants will compete to win prizes.
