About the Event
Participants can expect to learn instruction in all areas of footwork, speedwork and running mechanics. Participants will also receive a detailed Video Analysis and Skills Assessment that will be broke down and discussed at camp. At the end of camp, we will have a camp competition that gets hyped with music and cheering! Awards will be presented to those who win our camp competitions. Participants will receive a camp t-shirt, camp bag with snacks, catered lunch, and an autographed gift!
