About the Event
Our Speed & Performance Camp is designed for athletes who are serious about improving their overall athletic ability and taking their performance to the next level. This is not just about running fast. It is about learning how to move efficiently, train with purpose, and develop the same foundational skills used by high-level athletes.
Throughout the camp, athletes will focus on proper running mechanics, footwork, speed development, and explosiveness. We break down how the body should move and teach athletes how to apply those details in real time. One of the biggest advantages of this camp is our video analysis of the running gait. Athletes will be able to see exactly how they run, understand what needs to improve, and learn how to make those adjustments.
