About the Event
Our Baseball & Speed Development Camp is designed to help young athletes build a strong foundation in the game of baseball while also improving their overall athletic ability. This camp focuses on developing the complete baseball player through intentional instruction, skill work, and a positive, high-energy environment.
During the first half of the day, athletes will go through detailed baseball instruction covering all areas of the game. This includes hitting, fielding, throwing, and position-specific drills designed to improve technique, consistency, and confidence. Athletes will learn the fundamentals the right way while also being challenged to apply those skills in game-like situations.
In the second half of the day, athletes will focus on speed and footwork as it directly relates to baseball performance. This includes proper running mechanics, first-step quickness, agility, and movement efficiency.
